Yin Lingbo was born in Beijing in 1966. Graduated from Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in 1987. He has worked and lived in Tibet for more than ten years since 1989. Returned to Beijing in 2003 as a professional artist in the Songzhuang Art District of Beijing. Photographs have participated in most domestic and some international exhibitions in the late 1980s, such as the National Film Festival and the British International Black and White Film Festival. In the 1990s, he began to work on oil painting in Tibet, and some of his works were privately collected.
