Born in Tieling in 1965, he graduated from Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in 1987, is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Liaoning Provincial Oil Painting Society, and a vice chairman of the Tieling Artists Association. He is currently working at the Tieling Teachers College. In 1992, visited the northwestern and Qinghai-Tibet Plateaus, passing through the nine provinces, the infinite scenery of the northwest and the beauty of the plateau provided abundant materials for the future oil painting art creation. His masterpieces are "Sunflower", "Astronomical Landscape", "Thunder of the Fall" and so on.
